Generations was born from the idea of introducing young people to a different kind of cuisine, one that is gourmet and starred.
It’s a project put together by Matteo and Elia with the goal of presenting new generations to starred restaurants. Matteo annually proposes a series of dates throughout the year in which the menu, both a la carte or in tasting version, is set at a reduced price of 50% off.
“È soprattutto un progetto culturale. Cerchiamo di far sì che i giovani sperimentino un’accoglienza e una cucina diversa, basata su materie prime straordinarie, in modo da poter poi valutare con maggiore libertà. Per noi questo è fare cultura del prodotto, della cucina italiana, dell’accoglienza italiana.”
