Generations was born from the idea of introducing young people to a different kind of cuisine, a gourmet and Michelin starred one.
It’s a project put together with the goal of presenting the new generations to starred restaurants. A series of dates throughout the year in which there are limited edition menus that are reasonably priced, dedicated to Under30s only.
“It’s above all a cultural project. We are trying to create a space where young people can experience hospitality and a different kind of cuisine, created with exceptional raw materials and ingredients, that is more accessible. For us it’s about the culture of the product, of Italian cuisine and Italian hospitality.
