A fine
dining story.
It is called “Generations” and it was born from a desire: to rediscover Verona’s cuisine, giving it a new look and helping the younger palates appreciate it.
A gastronomic tradition, which is sometimes overshadowed by other regional cuisines, but that continues to live and evolve within restaurants, osterias and inns of the territory.
This is a heritage that must not be lost, and for this reason it must be presented also to a younger clientele, those who often turn away intimidated in front of a gourmet sign.
Driven by these needs – and by the desire to leave our customers a part of us, even after leaving the restaurant – we created “Generations – Il Desco, a fine dining story”

People, places and dishes dear to us are here told by great interpreters of journalism and writing, gastronomic and otherwise. Each chapter contains a memory, a passion, a philosophy, a friend, an experience.
