Terms and Conditions

We’d like to inform clientele that our reservation service – managed by Residary (www.resdiary.com), with the support of interbank platform Stripe (stripe.com/it) – requires entering a valid credit card number as a guarantee of the reservation. In addition, once the reservation is made your card will not be charged and your information will be used only to confirm the reservation.

A reservation made online or by phone can be cancelled or modified up to eight hours in advance without any charge.

If the reservation is cancelled after eight hours before your reservation time, the sum of 50 euros (fifty/00 euro) per person will be charged to your card (an invoice will be provided).

If the reservation results in a no-show, a sum of 100.00 (one hundred/00 euro) per person in the party will be charged to your card. If changes are made after the booking, the date of the last modification will be considered valid and the contract will be automatically renewed with the same conditions.

Il Desco srl doesn’t hold itself responsible for the malfunction/possible loss of information/security failures on the platforms of third parties utilized in online management and online reservation services.
